You need to contact your district OA advisor and he'll put you in touch
with the youth in charge of that chapter's unit elections. You'll plan a
date for the election team to come to your meeting and they'll talk about
the OA with your troop then hold an election for the youth and adults that
are eligible. The OA advisor or youth in charge will also explain the
reuirements to be considered eligible.
