[Lodge230] Using the Lodge List and other e-mails

Please be aware that when you use the lodge list your message will pass
along the destination addresses in your headers and attachments. It is
always best to "scrub" e-mail addresses from your posts. Unrelated people
should not see each other's addresses that are left behind by in attachments
or carbon-copies fields. Use of the Blind-Carbon-Copy feature would be
appreciated by all those on your e-mail lists.
