Randy,

If you could, please send this message to the rest of the arrowmen in the
lodge through the lodge system thing. One of these days I am gonna have to
learn how to use that. Anyway here's the message.

Thanks,
Sean

Fellow Arrowmen,

Greetings and a Merry Christmas to all who receive this message. As you are
probably aware, we had planned on voting in the Vigil class for this year
this past Saturday morning. Well, we did not have enough chapters
represented and therefore Randy Stevens and myself believed it would be
better if we could reschedule the meeting so that more chapters could be
represented and so that your voices would be heard. The meeting has been
rescheduled for Thursday, December 14 at 7:00 PM at the Council Office in
Knoxville. Every chapter has to have a representative there. Preferably
this should be the Chapter Chief, however if he is not able to be there,
then please ensure that your chapter has at least one person at the meeting
to represent the chapter. The meeting consists of two portions. The first
portion will be a general discussion of each candidate. This is the part of
the meeting that ANY dues paid arrowmen who is a member of the lodge can
make their voice heard as to the merit of a nominee. The second part of the
meeting will consist of a vote by one youth member of each chapter. So,
again, the meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, December 14 at 7:00 PM
at the Council Office in Knoxville. If you have any questions or do not
believe your chapter will be represented then PLEASE contact me AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE at ddrsean at gmail.com or by phone so that we may try to find an
arrowman to represent your chapter. (NOTE: The arrowman representing your
chapter DOES NOT have to be of the Vigil honor.) Thank you.
