[Lodge230] conclave reminder

Hi, Val.
Can I still mail in my staff/Conclave money and form to the council office, or do I need to bring it over?
 
I hate that I missed this weekend.  I was in Seattle with 5,000 principals, but Scott, my son, told me all about it.  We had the best showing from Tuckaleechee in years.  Conclave attendance should be even better. 
I will be at Conclave for sure and am supposed to work in the kitchen with Roger.

Arrowmen, Conclave will be here before we know it.  Just wanted to  remind 
everyone that you will need to bring a medical form to conclave  checkin.  If 
you attended the Spring Fellowship this past weekend, we have  your medical 
forms on file.  We did receive a couple of medical forms the  youth filled out, 
and these were not signed by a parent or guardian.   Please bring a signed form 
with you to conclave.  These medical forms will  be kept on file for all the 
OA events for this year.

Also, if you just paid the staff fee of $15, you will still need to pay the  
regular $35 conclave fee.  If you paid just the conclave fee, you still  have 
time to pay the 15 staff fee, please note what size tshirt you need.   The 
staff fee includes your meal on Friday night, staff tshirt, had and  patch.  
These registration forms can be printed from the lodge  website.
