[Lodge230] Conclave

In attendance at the SR-6N conclave to be held Camp Buck Toms will be both
our National Chief, Evan Chaffee, and our Region Chief, Alex Gomez.  This is
a tremendous honor for our lodge to be hosting the event when both of these
leaders chose to attend at the same conclave.  This is a first for a
conclave in the Southern Region to have the National and Region Chief in
attendance.  They will be arriving Friday evening, transportation has been
arranged to CBT from the airport.  We need to make sure the Fee Cabin is
clean and in good order for their usage while they are our guest.  

Thanks for all your hard work to prepare camp for conclave, we are only 10
days out.  Check your schedules and supplies to make sure you are ready.
