We are excited to host the Kwahadi Dancers in Knoxville on their summer tour.
This will be an exciting way to KICK-OFF another scouting year.
Invite your family, friends, and prospective scouts.

Please let me know which team(s) you can help.

Welcome Team:
The dancers are expected by 3 pm on Monday, July 21.
We need arrowmen at the church by 2:30.
We will help them unload their bus & get settled-in before serving them Dinner.

Performance will be at 7:15 pm.
We will help them prepare and pack their things away afterwards.

Overnight-Stay Team...bring your sleeping bags/toiletries.
Get to know more about our guests in fun fellowship.

Breakfast Team...Tues, July 22
