[Lodge230] NOAC Deposits

It has occured to me that I didn't list a deposit amount in my last e-mail.  We would like a deposit of $100 with the total cost estimate of $500-$600.  We haven't seen nationals fee yet so there is no way of knowing what the cost will be.
