Please see below and let me know if anyone can commit to helping on
10/18 or 10/25 or 11/29

---begin insert---
If you worked with us last year - YOU made the difference and I hope
that you will be so kind and gracious as to help out again this year!!
If you did not work with us last year - I hope that you will join our
Team of Chehote CHAMPIONS Ambassadors and work with us this year. (maybe
you work for a company that will even donate to us based on the number
of hours that you volunteer!)

Remember: you get in the game for FREE (but we do not have seating) -
you get to eat for FREE - and you meet here at the Scout Center and ride
over in comfort to the stadium so parking is FREE (Free is a GOOD thing
J )

Let me know ASAP if you can and will commit to helping us out. This
year, the concessions vendor, Sodexho, has added the policy that they
will "fine" any group that does not show up with the required number of
workers so it is VERY VERY important that we always have the number of
folks that we need for every game (we do not want to "throw money" away
that could be used to change the lives of inner-city youth) If it is
better for you to serve as one of our dependable backups, please go
ahead and sign up for that. (remember: many games have been WON when the
backup stepped in and saved the day!!!)

THANKS in advance for your support.

Volunteering by the Numbers

More than one million adult volunteers contribute their time and skills
to the development of youth through the Boy Scouts of America.
Ninety-six percent of Scout volunteers would strongly encourage family,
friends, and co-workers to volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America.
Volunteers believe their time invested with the Boy Scouts of America
helps them to be:

90%-A better citizen
88%-A better parent
73%-A better manager
66%-A better employee
69%-More patient and tolerant of others
65%-More open to new ideas
53%-More open to new opinions
