My name is Franklin Curtis.  I am an Eagle Scout from the Middle  
Tennessee Council and have started graduate school at the University  
of Tennessee.  We have a term project involving Pine Wood derby cars  
for our Advanced Dynamics Class.  Our final test run is on November  
26.  I was wondering if you knew of any Cub masters in your district  
that would have a timing device for the derby track.  The university  
would be willing pay a rental fee as well.  Any help would be greatly  
appreciated.
