[Lodge230] Arrow of Light Award for inner-city Scouts

I am looking for an OA person or persons who have skill (or at least an
interest) in helping Webelos earn their Arrow of Light Award. I have a
number of 5th graders in my inner-city Packs that I want to earn this
recognition before the end of this school year in May 2009. Please contact
