[Lodge230] NOAC Update

We need a patch designed to sell and help pay for the bus.  The theme for NOAC is "An individual can have an impact" and the slogan is "The power of one".  The fund raiser flap will be a 1 piece flap and your design will need to be submitted at the LEC on 1-11-09.  This will allow us to have the flap ready to sell at Spring Fellowship.
 
**Payment schedule:  The $500 fee will need to be paid in full by 5-1-09.  A suggested schedule; $100 by 1-1-09, $100 by 2-15-09, $100 by 4-1-09, and the final $100 by 5-1-09.
 
**Deposits:  We are still taking deposits at the council office even though all the slots are full.  We can request extra slots on 3-1-09.  If you are wanting to go to NOAC, get your deposit in and make the payments so that you won't have such a large balance to pay off in 2 months.
 
**Contingent flap design:  We will also need a 2 piece flap design for the contingent.  This design will need to be submitted at Spring Fellowship.
 
**Contingent meeting:  The first contingent meeting will be at Spring Fellowship.
