i am working on bringing this data base up-to-date, and i need you to give  
and/or verify some information:
 
full name, including suffix - like jr. or II.
nickname, if any.  keep separate.  don't use this in or as your  full name.
complete mailing address.
ten-digit home telephone number.  also work and cell, if you  wish.  denote 
which one is primary.
bsa id # - see your bsa card, or the address block of "boys' life" and  
"scouting" magazines.
e-mail address.
gender (male or female).
date of birth.
registered unit.
chapter.
date of election (or recommendation) to o. a.
date and place of ordeal.
date and place of brotherhood.
date and place of vigil induction, and the event at which the induction was  
done.  include vigil name and translation, and vigil sponsor.
 
note:  dd/mm/yy are needed for dates.  if you don't  remember the dd give the 
mm/yy or the event, like "spring fellowship 2007" or  "summer camp 2008."   
any clue will help - do the best you  can.
