[Lodge230] Vigil Meeting

Arrowmen,

Following our chief's message regarding the January LEC, the Vigil nomination meeting will be the same afternoon, immediately following the LEC.

 Each chapter must have at least one youth present. The youth need not necessarily be a Vigil member, but should have a thorough knowledge of the principles of the Order. Adults may attend, as may other youth from the chapter, but only one youth per chapter will be allowed to vote.

It will be very difficult to hold this meeting if each chapter does not send at least one youth; the meeting has been coupled with the LEC to help avoid multiple trips to the scout office.

On a similar note, the nomination due date has been extended to midnight, December 31st ( http://pellissippilodge.org/forms.htm , it's ok to use the 2007 form). Remember that to be eligible, an arrowman must be brotherhood for at least two years. On the nomination, please provide as much information regarding the candidate as possible, and give reasons for why you would like to nominate them.
