Brothers,

I have 3 important things for you:

1. If you would like to pre-order Conclave memorabilia, please use the

 2. This year for the "Where To Go Camping/Scouting" guide, I am going
to try something different. I would like each Chapter to provide 5
places
     where troops in your district go camping or scouting. For each of
the places submitted please give:

       *Name of the place
       *Location
       *Description telling what there is to see or do (about 1 or 2
paragraphs long)
       *Picture, if available

    The deadline for this will be Spring Fellowship. I would prefer if
it was emailed to me, itbull89 at gmail.com but I will take a hard copy
of it as well.

3. I have information from Edgar Lopez, the service chairman, about
the workday on March 14 at Camp Buck Toms. It will start at 8am, and
everyone should meet
    in the parking lot on top of the hill. No lunch will be provided
by the Lodge so you should either bring your own lunch or Chapters may
organize to do a meal for themselves.
    The work for the day will consist of painting wood preservative
onto the cabins and tent platform repair. Things you should bring are:

       *paintbrushes and rollers
       *wood working tools: hammers, saws, powerdrills, etc.
       *nails and screws
       *chainsaws and fuel for "certified users" ONLY
       *Tractor, bushhog, backhoe, dumptruck, flatbed truck.

Chapter Chiefs, please relay this information to the rest of your chapter.
