Fellow Scouters, Your Class 1, 2, & 3 medical forms have been replaced by a new medical form that is valid for one year. You current forms, if still "in date", will be honored for the rest of the year. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN "IN DATE" FORM, use the new form.
