Arrowmen,
We are a week away from conclave 2009 being held at Camp Davey Crockett in Morristown, TN. If you need directions you can go to google maps, it has no problem getting you there. I hope you are as anxious and excited as I am! There are a few details that need to be addressed before the weekend however. First and foremost, please, everyone, bring a class 1 (or new equivalent) medical form with you to registration. This is very important for your participation in the event. Second, tents will not be provided by the host camp. Therefore, ALL ARROWMEN SHOULD BRING A TENT. If you have a multi-person tent please bring it so we can consolidate our area. As for weather, check the forecast and dress appropriately. Do NOT forget to bring you "class A" field uniform including sash. It will be required for some meals and will make us look better as a lodge. If you haven't registered and still want to attend, you may bring a registration form, available at www.pellissippilodge.org (in the forms section), a medical form (also available at www.pellissippilodge.org in the forms section), and 35 dollars with you. There will be concessions and a trading post operating at conclave, so those of you who are patch collectors/traders or just want to have a token from this occasion you may want to bring some cash to purchase these items.
