If you miss the one day of service in Powell this month, here is another opportunity.  First Farragut United Methodist Church, 1/2 miles East of Watts Road, North side on Kingston Pike, Farragut, is having a food give away on Nov. 7 starting at 8 am.  Come on Friday evening to help set up and sleep over(and have some fun).  Below is the message from the coordintor.

Hi Guys: I am sending this e-mail out to all the addresses I have and I am not sure which of you are participating. This is just an update for those who plan to do an overnight lock-in Friday night. We have two pallet movers that will be available after 6:00 p.m. We also plan to provide pizza for the scouts that evening. We are excited about your commitment to providing food to the hungry, and look forward to seeing you Friday night and/or Saturday. If you have any numbers ahead of time, let me know. Otherwise we can order the pizza after you arrive. Laura
