[Lodge230] Vigil Meeting

Arrowmen,
This message is for all arrowmen who currently hold the Vigil honor. I am
sending this email as both an apology and an invitation.

I was previously under the assumption that the only people who should be
attending the Vigil meeting (that will follow the Sunday LEC) are members
of the Vigil selection committee (a rep from each chapter and his
adviser). However, I have been informed that this assumption, as most of
them are, is incorrect. It is for that that I am apologizing.

Now, I would like to extend to you an invitation to feel free to come to
the Vigil meeting this Sunday after the LEC to give your thoughts and
input about the candidates for the Vigil nominees. This invitation
includes adults. This is one meeting where adults are needed to speak
about candidates. I do ask, however, that after the discussion time is
over any arrowmen who do not fall under the selection committee excuse
themselves for the voting period. Again, the selection committee consists
of a chapter representative and his adviser.

Again, I apologize for this misunderstanding and invite you to join the
Vigil meeting this Sunday. Thanks for what you all do for the Order.
