Brothers,



This is just a reminder once again of the 2010 Winter banquet next
Saturday, February 13 at Crown College in Powell, Tennessee. We have
decided to extend the registration at the $25 dollar price until the end
of the business day on Monday February 8. We have over 100 signed up now
but we expect more and I'm sure everybody would rather pay the $25 dollar
fee over the $40 walk-on fee. Please spread the word to everyone of this
change who plans to attend. The fee includes the new limited lodge flap
that will only be given to Pellissippi lodge members whose lodge dues are
current, whose BSA registration is current, and they must be in
attendance. This will be a western theme banquet and will feature
entertainment and the steak dinner. There will also be the lodge
recognition awards including the Founder's Award and the Vigil call out
ceremony.


There is good news to report to those who have expressed interest in our
new Pellissippi Lodge belt buckle. They will be on sale at the banquet
along with our NEW Pellissippi Lodge hats and T-shirts all priced around
$15. Be ready to take home yours. This banquet should be a fun time for
all.


For all Vigil members, remember our new lodge event, The Vigil Weekend, 
combined with a scheduled work day at Buck Toms will take place on Friday
and Saturday March 12-13. The Vigil weekend begins on Friday night and
concludes Saturday morning. The workday is open for all members on
Saturday and it would be a great time for us to help Ranger Dave start
getting camp ready for the spring and summer season.


The Lodge will hold it's annual Spring Fellowship at Buck Toms on March
26-28 at a cost of $20 Dollars. This event will feature the first of the 
new "Legends of Pellissippi" series  event patch. This patch will be
included in the fee. We are currently in the planning stages of this event
and are working towards a fresh program and awesome activities!
